Light a candle and pray Jesus light of the world come into our darkness and be our hope!

Read Romans 5:6-11

Jesus gives us a new life. He makes us brand new. We are becoming a new creation. We are all in progress. As we are focused on hope, we need Jesus to come into our darkness and be our hope. This takes practice and creativity. One way to practice letting this new hope into our life is by allowing creativity to open up our imaginations.

Jesus is trying to change our hopes are we willing to allow him? As we focus on this right now, let's use our creativity to help us.

Take a clean sheet of paper and use your creativity to create a symbol of hope for yourself this next year. This is somethign that maybe you could look at and allow it to encourage you. It could be a poem or a song. Put on some music and take some time to create something that will help you keep your hope on Jesus this next year.
